We make the details easy to see before you ever fill out a form. Every adult on our team is screened, trained, and part of a routine built to keep children known and safe.
- ✓In-person interview and two reference calls
- ✓Fingerprint-based state and FBI background checks
- ✓Child abuse, dependent adult abuse, and sex offender registry checks
- ✓Mandatory reporter training, pediatric CPR, and first aid
- ✓20 hours of training before working with children
The ride home starts here
Five schools. One dependable routine.
Two staff members meet children at the school door. Roll call happens before the van leaves, and families hear from us if a child is not there.

A good afternoon has a rhythm.
3:05–3:40 Arrive, sign in, and wash hands.
3:45 A real, nut-free snack at the tables.
4:00–4:45 Homework help, reading, and math games.
4:45–5:30 Outside or gym time, plus art, Lego builds, and Friday cooking club.
